Collaborating closely with the Pinterest brand team, we embarked on the development of these customizable moments designed specifically for the lobby of their new headquarters in San Francisco. A standout feature of the lobby is the peg wall, meticulously crafted from sustainable plywood, created entirely from scratch to cater to the unique needs of the space. Each component was carefully tailored to seamlessly integrate into the peg wall system, resulting in a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design.
Throughout the project, extensive cross-functional collaboration took place, fostering productive interactions among the designer, contractors, architect, and, of course, the client. This collaborative approach ensured that every aspect of the design aligned with Pinterest's vision and brand identity, culminating in a remarkable space that reflects the company's ethos and fosters a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for all who enter.
